What is the worst injury you've ever seen an NFL player sustain?

1.The Boom-Snap-Crack of Joe Theiseman's leg from LT

2.Joe Montana hit by Marshell of the Giants to break his back.

What is the worst injury you've ever seen an NFL player sustain?nba rules

#1 Definitely!

What is the worst injury you've ever seen an NFL player sustain?nba live ,nba teams

The worst I have actually SEEN was when Trent Green got sacked in 06
gotta be the "Thighsman"...

that was sooo bad, LT was crying like a baby and was not himself the rest of the game.

And they kept playing it over and over again....didn't like him then, don't like him now....I had a little sympathy for him that night( just a teenie-weenie bit)
Mike Utley falling on his head for the lions.
Number 1

Hipo8000- That really must of hurt

u might miss it at first but when you find it you'll be scared
willis mcgahee against ohio state
How about something I saw in the University Of Washington football stadium?

Curtis Williams...paralyzed FOR LIFE. He died a year or so later. Ummm...yeah. I was really young and all of a sudden he wasn't moving after he took a medium-sized hit. The crowd fell silten, you could hear ANYTHING DROP.

But Kevin Everett was scary too!
Everetts this yr

Hockey was the worst: This yr Richard Zednick had a skate cut his throat. God horrific
Kevin Everett. Everett's injury is the closest I've ever seen to a player dying right out on the field.
Kevin Everett breaking his neck last year.
Joe Montana didn't break his back. It was a ruptured disc (like many people have). However, the late Darryl Stingley suffered a spinal cord injury resulting in his being paralyzed for life, after being speared by Jack Tatum. This was the worst injury in modern times.

Darryl finally succumbed to complications of this injury last spring, after remaining active for 3 decades.

Now he's in Heaven running routes, and catching passes, with a healthy body.

May he rest in peace.

BTW: Tatum never expressed regret, and wore Darryl's injury as a badge of honor; another notch on his helmet.
The helicopter hit
holy shnikies that had to hurt thats the worst ive ever seen

ooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuch!!!!!
What about these 3:

1. Kevin Everett

2. Dennis Byrd

3. Mike Utley

All spinal cord injuries all really bad.
While Joe Montana's injury might have been the worse of the two injuries. Watching Joe Theisman's leg break caused me to cringe more than any other injury I have ever witnessed.
