Which is better for fantasy football defense stats, pick a whole NFL team or individual players?nba playoff
I think team defense is much better. It simplifies your draft, and it's a lot easier and more enjoyable every week to follow a team defense than it is an individual player. And some of the individual stats, like tackles, are so arbitrary that they rather cheapen your league's scoring system.
